Biography :
Hospital intern in 1900. Holder of a Doctorate in Medicine (Lyon, 1904). Obstetrician working at the Charité from 1926 to 1933, then at the Hôtel Dieu. Professor of Obstetric Clinic from 1944 to 1948. Corresponding member of the Academy of Medicine (in 1970). Director of theses in Medicine defended at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Lyon. Born in Lyon on April 5, 1879.
