Head in profile to the left of Marius Roustan, known as Mario (1870-1942), Minister of Public Instruction and Fine Arts from January 27, 1931 to June 3, 1932 then Minister of National Education from June 1, 1935 to January 24 1936. His name remained in the law of December 30, 1920 (Rustan law) which promotes the reconciliation of married officials.
